Place to Think

It was a huge rock sitting at the end of a logging road. It overlooked the campus of the Bible college I was attending in KY. It served as my "place to think".
A few years later my "place to think" was on the dam of a beautiful lake in East TN. It was within walking distance of my home and provided me with the place for privacy and solitude.
...
I have found the value of having a "place to think".
For me it becomes an escape from a busy schedule, and it gives me a chance to think and plan. It helps to "get away" before we "fall apart".
Discover your "place to think". It may be in your favorite chair, on your patio, or you may need to travel some to find it. It is valuable to find or create a place where you feel safe, comfortable, and refreshed. You will know your place...it gives you peace.
We need a "place to think" about life without the pressure to feel a certain way. We need a place where there is no judgement. We deserve a "place to think".
Do you have such a place? If not...find or create one. It is worth the effort.
