"I'm Sorry, Please forgive me"

For many people they are the 5 most difficult words to pronounce in the English language. For others, they come easily and the rewards are obvious.
"I'M SORRY, PLEASE FORGIVE ME"
Have you ever needed to apologize to someone? It can be a very heavy burden until it is expressed. It may feel that you are being less than the person you want to be. But, in reality, making an apology is being willing to build a bridge between 2 hearts. It takes a lot of courage and character to apologize. But, it is worth it.
Apologies do not erase the past, but they lay the foundation to move forward. Circumstances and misunderstandings can create a break in a relationship. The short 5 word phrase, "I'M SORRY, PLEASE FORGIVE ME" can begin the process of healing.
But what happens if the other person dies before an apology is made? The emphasis should not be on the person hearing the apology. The emphasis should be on the person expressing the apology. Write it down. Share the apology with a friend, or speak it in a private location as if you were talking with them again.
It is your apology. Own it, express it, leave it. It will make a difference.
