Random acts of Kindness
Do you enjoy making other people smile and feel good? That is a great quality, and I believe we all enjoy being around such a person. There is enough going on in our world to wipe the smiles away if we allow it.
Let's look for, or create, positive things. Let's encourage others and be supportive of those who are working to make our world a better place.
I want to give a challenge here. We are all grieving the loss of someone very special to us, someone we still carry in our heart. Here is the CHALLENGE: do something you know would make your loved one smile.
That's right! Do something that would cause them to smile, maybe even laugh out loud because they would enjoy it so much.
This does not need to be an activity noticed by anyone else. But it is something you know your loved one would appreciate and agree with.
It may involve doing something special for someone. Perhaps this is the time to revive the "random acts of kindness" to honor your loved one.
You are not helpless, you are not alone, you can make a difference in another life. This can be a small thing to you, but it will honor your loved one and be a valuable time for someone else.
