Losing Balance

Do you ever lose your balance? When it happens, we recover as quickly as possible to avoid a fall. It is possible to lose our balance physically, but also spiritually and emotionally.
To improve physical balance,
there are exercises to strengthen the core and structure of the body. It is wise to stay active and mobile as we age to keep our balance and avoid falls.
...
To improve spiritual balance, there may be a need to visit a pastor or other spiritual leader. Bible studies, prayers, meditations, and other structured Spiritual exercises can provide stability, growth, and balance in the Spiritual area of life.
Emotional balance is very important, especially following a loss. The encouragement and support we receive from others can provide the balance to assure stability.
Social distancing has restricted hugs for now, but a hug without words can be very healing. Even receiving a nod of encouragement can help direct an emotional compass.
Perhaps now would be a great time to encourage someone. Everyone likes to receive a surprise card in the mail. Let's look for someone to encourage today, in whatever manner you feel comfortable. Perhaps a phone call, a text message or email...take a moment to select the person you would like to encourage today!
Let's provide emotional balance for someone today. Will you join me in reaching out to someone who needs a positive word? Let's make a difference in a life today🙏🙏⚘⚘⚘⚘⚘⚘.
