Mothers Day- for the Caretaker of Memories

Sharing another great one from Bob - To all bereaved mothers...you are still a mom...it is a truth that your child lives in Heaven with Jesus now...He is caring for your child until you arrive. His role for you now is to honor their memory on earth. You can do that...you are MOM⚘⚘⚘⚘
This is Mother's Day, a very significant day across America and most of the world. Mothers are being showered with love and honor, rightfully deserved.
Yesterday I was part of a meeting that really touched my heart. It was a virtual meeting of about a dozen women who are bereaved mothers. They spoke of miscarriages, stillbirths, accidents, suicides, and diseases that ended the life of their children. These brokenhearted women were so honest and brave.
I searched for a way to offer them hope and comfort during this difficult time. Then I realized that all mothers feel a very deep obligation to provide care for their children. This God-given desire is so engrained that most mothers would give their own lives for their children.
But these mothers can no longer provide care for the child who died. There is still an ache to their empty arms.
So, I felt led to give a title to these women, a job description for a mother whose child died. They become a "CARETAKER OF MEMORIES". I want to urge all bereaved mothers to honor their child by using their name and sharing memories of them.
This task will never end, there will always be a need. Mothers should never tire of sharing these memories. These mothers are now "CARETAKERS OF MEMORIES". No one is more qualified for this job than a mother. 💕💕⚘⚘⚘⚘⚘⚘⚘⚘⚘
